Banana, Almond Milk, and Matcha Energizing Smoothie

2 frozen bananas
1 cup romaine lettuce
2 cups almond milk
1-2 teaspoon matcha powder
1-2 teaspoon honey

Fruit & Kale Smoothie

2 cups kale, stems removed
2 cups water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
1 banana
2 Tablespoons almond butter

“The Green Cleaner” Smoothie

2 cups spinach
¼ cup parsley
2 cups water
2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup sliced peaches
1 piece (¼”) fresh ginger, peeled
2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions for all smoothies:

Put all ingredients into blender, blend on high until smooth.
